Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), you may request:

  • Access – obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Correction – update or correct inaccurate details.

  • Deletion – request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal limitations.

  • Opt-out – restrict or object to certain types of processing, including the sale of personal information (where applicable).

Verification Process

To protect your data, we may request additional information to verify your identity (e.g., confirming access to the email on file or providing limited documentation). If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill your request.

Response Time

We aim to respond within 30 days (GDPR) and 45 days (CCPA). Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may extend these periods (e.g., an additional 30 days under GDPR or 45 days under CCPA) and will notify you of the extension and reason.

California (CCPA/CPRA). In addition to the rights above, California residents may: (i) opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as defined by law), (ii) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable), and (iii) use an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf (subject to verification).
