How we fund our work and how affiliate links affect (and don’t affect) our recommendations.
What is an affiliate link?
Some of our articles include links to products or services. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions help fund our work so we can keep publishing independent reviews and guides.
How affiliate links work
When you click an affiliate link, a partner may place a small cookie or use a tracking ID to attribute a sale to us. This lets the retailer know that 360DigitalTrends referred you. See our Cookie Policy and manage your choices any time at Cookie Preferences.
Paid or affiliate links use appropriate attributes (e.g., rel=”sponsored” or rel=”nofollow”).
Independence & editorial integrity
Our recommendations are editorially independent. Affiliate partnerships do not influence which products we review, how we test them, or the scores we assign. We disclose material relationships and apply the same testing criteria to every product.
Rankings, reviews, and how we generate revenue
We earn from affiliate commissions and occasionally from clearly-labeled sponsorships. We do not sell positive coverage, and we do not accept payment to change rankings. If a placement is paid, we label it as “Sponsored”, “Ad”, or “Partner” so it’s clear to you.
Pricing & availability
Prices, discounts, and availability can change after we publish. We try to keep links updated, but retailers may update offers without notice. Always check the final price and terms at checkout.
Updates to recommendations
We revisit reviews when products receive major updates, when pricing or performance changes, or on a periodic schedule. If we change a score or recommendation, we note the date and reason in the review. For our process, see How We Test.
Your choices
You can opt out of non-essential tracking used for affiliate attribution via Cookie Preferences. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features may be limited if you disable certain cookies.
