Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 28 September 2025
We strive to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards across design, code, and content.
Our commitments
- Full keyboard access across menus, forms, and interactive components.
- Visible focus states and skip-to-content links.
- Sufficient color contrast and scalable text (browser zoom 200%+).
- Alt text for meaningful images; captions or transcripts for media where feasible.
- Reduced motion honored via prefers-reduced-motion.
- ARIA landmarks and labels for assistive tech navigation.
Conformance status
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across design, code, and content. Some areas may be “partially conformant” while we complete updates.
Continuous improvement
If you experience barriers, tell us and we’ll help within five (5) business days. Use our Contact page or email [email protected] . Please include:
- Page URL and the exact element that’s problematic.
- Browser, OS, and assistive tech (e.g., screen reader).
- Any steps to reproduce the issue.
Resources & Support
You can personalize contrast, font size, and motion in your OS or browser. Popular screen readers include NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (macOS). We test on current versions of major browsers and aim for compatibility with common assistive technologies.
Third-party content & file formats
Some embedded players, maps, or forms are provided by third parties and may have their own accessibility constraints. Where a PDF or non-HTML asset is required, we can provide content in an alternative format upon request.
Keyboard tips
Use Tab/Shift+Tab to move between interactive elements; press Enter/Space to activate. A visible outline indicates focus.
