We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on 360DigitalTrends infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice containing:

  1. Your contact info (name, address, email).

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work.

  3. Identification of the infringing material with URL(s) on our Site.

  4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Misrepresentations: Submitting false claims or notices may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) that includes:

  1. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal or disablement.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if outside the United States, for the judicial district where the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or that person’s agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. Unless we receive notice that the original claimant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from the allegedly infringing activity within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.

Processing Time & Repeat Infringers

We aim to acknowledge and process valid DMCA notices within five (5) business days. Accounts or authors who repeatedly infringe may face escalating actions, up to suspension or termination of access. We may refuse further service to parties who knowingly violate IP laws multiple times.
